There is potential for more hours if this person is very skilled with machinery. Pay rate will be negotiated based on experience and operators with good skills can expect $25/hour+.

The Job Shop has worked with this farmer for the last 4 years and we always receive fantastic feedback from staff we send to this farm. Here is what one of our last staff members said: " The family is very nice and Mark has done great job around the farm. Here I've had the opportunity to do things I have never done before, like operating the spray rig. Mark is very good boss and teaches things in a way that is easy to understand."
