A tourist park on a cattle station in the Upper Gascoyne Region of Western Australia is looking for a mature couple to take on allrounder duties and day to day management of the park.
Permanent Residents of Australia Only.
Duties will include:
- Checking patrons in/out
- Cleaning accommodation units and public areas
- Gardening work including lawnmowing, watering and general grounds maintenance
- Retail work in the on-site shop
- Maintenance and minor repairs (changing tyres, fixing trailer hitches, etc.)
These roles will also include responsibility for the daily cash up and supervision of casual employees.
Successful applicants need to be hands-on people, who enjoy meeting people and at least one person needs to be computer literate. We are looking for a couple who are enthusiastic, active, happy to be involved in a variety of tasks and to live and work in a remote area.
Must have a drivers license and an RSA.
Pay rate will be negotiated depending on level of experience. A one-bedroom self-contained unit is provided as well as power, phone, fuel and basic food.
We are looking for a couple who want to make a long-term commitment to the role. At a minimum, we need a couple prepared to commit for the duration of 12 months.
Our previous managers have been with us for 5 years and have really enjoyed the experience. These roles are ideal for a couple who enjoys the outdoors and remote living as there is plenty of opportunity for bushwalking, birdwatching, participating in life on a cattle station and interacting with guests from all over Australia and the world.
