What is an RSA?

The Responsible Serving of Alcohol certification is a training course to ensure you know how to serve alcohol responsibly. You must have it to work in any establishment that serves alcohol. There are different certifications for the different Australian states, and they are not transferrable from one state to the next, so we advise getting a nation-wide RSA. It can be done online or in person.
