* Farmers who are getting ready to plant their grain crops are looking for people with an agricultural/machinery background to drive their very large tractors. There is usually some other farm tasks to carry out as well such as livestock work, fencing, servicing machinery and general farm tasks. These jobs are awesome! There is accommodation on farm, usually free, the hourly wage ranges around $18-$20, you get plenty of hours and the work counts towards your second working holiday visa.
* Often these farmers are looking for cooks / housekeepers who can prepare meals for around 10 people as well as maintain the homestead. These pay around $400-$500 in the hand per week and meals and accommodation is provided
* There is still an ongoing need for hospitality people:
Girls for country pubs... $400-$450 per week, in the hand with meals and accommodation provided
Girls and guys for roadhouses,resorts and food outlets. Must have good English and great customer service experience.
* Harvest work is still slow. Kununurra is still quite wet and we don't expect much activity up there for several weeks, but we will keep you updated when things change.
